Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are at the correct meeting-point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

If you do not show-up or cancel 24 hours before your scheduled tour date, you will not receive any refund at all.

If you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour date you will receive a 50% refund on the price you paid.

If you cancel up to 72 hours prior to your schduled tour date you will receive a 75% refund on the price you paid.

If a helicopter-tour cannot be carried out due to Acts of God, safety concerns by the organizer, official regulations or uncertain weather and nature conditions, you will recieve a full refund.
