Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are at the correct meeting-point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

If you do not show up or cancel 24 hours before your scheduled tour date, you will not receive any refund at all.

If you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour date you will receive a 50% refund on the price you paid.

If you cancel up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour date you will receive a 75% refund on the price you paid.

If a helicopter tour cannot be carried out due to Acts of God, safety concerns by the organizer, official regulations or uncertain weather and nature conditions, you will recieve a full refund.
