Important information

• Please note. The cavern is 70 degree year round, but has a relative humidity level of 99%. It is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes with good traction as you will be walking on stairs, ramps and wet surfaces.
• Strollers are not recommended and are not accessible to wheelchairs.
• The cavern is 3/4 of a mile long and the tour takes approximately 75 minutes to complete.
• Discovery Tours depart every 40 minutes or sooner based on attendance.
• No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
